Eating less wheat sure does help that number move. And I feel so much better with less of it. You sure can tell the difference, I would recommend it for anyone to try, just don't go crazy, I still eat it just not a lot or everyday. Hope everyone is doing well!
208.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 58.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You sound so happy! Keep up the good work. I am glad you are seeing results and have found something that is working for you. When it makes you feel better it is even easier to stick with.
