Wow! Dropped 5 pounds since yesterday's weigh-in! Either this is an anomaly or I did good!
310.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 85.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i think you did good . i used to weigh myself at the local hospital if the job need me to be there just had to make sure i had the same uniform and equipment on each time .
