OMG I am under 160. wooohooo!Going to plow ahead with this and will start walking my dog far away. He loves that and it will help me a lot. Hope all my pals here are doing well too.
159.6 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
