Restart 1st August2021 @ 158 lbs. Loose 14 lbs. in 14 weeks. Need 3500 calorie deficit weekly or 500 calorie deficit daily - I can do it in 108 days - by November 17 by doing a bit extra reaching ~ 600 calorie deficit per day.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
