I feel very centered and stable right now. :-) Romans 12:1 Therefore, i urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God - this is your spiritual act of worship. I found this in my Bible reading the other day. Naturally when it mentioned our bodies I thought of my diet. I really feel that by working to become healthy (thru sacrifice!) that it is counted as a form of worship to God. I am taking care of the body he gave me. I just thought i would share! Have a day full of blessings!
