I'm surprised I gained a pound or so. I'm still having the problems associated with a lack of fiber in my diet. I'll try to put a stronger emphasis on fiber when I choose food.

I also suspect I don't burn the amount of calories that the default settings in fatsecret.com give me. Is there a way to change this?
170.0 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
