Been making sure to take water and "healthy snacks" with me when I go into town. Makes the drive-thrus easier to resist when I think I'm starving. And for some reason - I always want to snack when I'm driving. Not sure what that's all about.
171.5 lb Lost so far: 58.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
