I always think it takes too much time to login each day and record what I've been eating - then when I don't - look what happens.

Don't have a problem leaving the sweets alone but boy when it comes to salty snacks - I just crave them. Succumbed to a single serve bag of potato chips at the grocery check-out yesterday (could of had that apple I had in my bag). Even that little bag is over 300 cals with no nutritional value whatsoever. But boy did I enjoy them. Oh and did I mention the McFish I devoured with great delight just a few days ago?

The scales don't lie. I'm up 4 lbs. I'm not mad at myself but I'm sure not pleased either. :(
174.4 lb Lost so far: 55.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.6 lb a week
