Ate & drank junk food last night :(
Going to a family bbq tonight i hope I do well with all their amazing food around!
111.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Those family BBQs are really hard. Sometimes a drink a protein shake right before going so I'm more full and therefore less tempted to eat the bad stuff. Good luck with it!
