Yay one pound down! It's early in the morning but I'll take it! I think it's only water weight but who cares. I've been drinking this 'cleansing' water recipe and I think it's definitely helping. I don't drink sodas anymore but I don't drink a lot of water either. I love lemon water and green tea and I read if I add strawberries or cucumbers it should help with my weight and it's working so far. Even if a pound is all I lose I at least feel good on the inside.
