Again, complete and utter epic fail last night. Sigh. Misdirected energy went straight to serious snacking without remorse. Great news, got up and did workout anyway. Ready for the craziness (ie, emotional eating) to get settled again. Sigh.

Planning a shake for lunch. But would consider any other option an option.

Workout: Turbo Fire - Firestarter, TF stretch + LB.

Forgot what day it was. So glad when I realized it was Friday!

Cold trying to interfere.
