I didn't lose, but i didn't gain. I maintained!
I'm a bit disappointed, but I'm ok. In the big picture this just a small stopover on a long journey.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
