I feel hungry lots of the time -- especially after my food has digested, but I don't mind the feeling. Last night, however, my son had a really nice looking pastry as a dessert at a restaurant. Then at home, my daughter had some peppermint ice cream. The kids went to bed and I sat with my wife. We watched a little TV and she had a glass of wine. I wanted to share all those treats with my family, but I didn't.
When I reach my goal weight, I'll consider having treats, but by then I'll have a better understanding of how much I've eaten for the day compared to the calories I've burned and I'll be able to make a good choice about the treat.
