25g Carbohydrates. Try to stay low to stay in ketosis.
Morning run 55 minutes.
evening pull ups 10 max 8 sets.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
