My new personal RDI goal is 1,650 cal. And I'm doing wii active 30 day challenge, along with other activity. :-)
163.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome on the wii challenge. I do not have one, but it sounds fun and physical. I am trying to stay ay 1500 calories. It is not easy unless I eat loads of veggies:) Looks like you are doing great on your weight loss.

This past month has been stressful AND i've eaten out too much (buffet), so in the overall picture I'm just glad i didn't gain. One thing that's hard about weigh-ins is that i tend to retain a lot of fluid and my bowels are irregular, so there are times that i know the weight is not really accurate. That's helful and frustrating - all at the same time. I really need to work on my veggie intake! Cuz they can fill you up for almost no calories. I have a co-worker who is vegetarian and she eats a load of food at every meal and is small. I just generally dislike veggies. I just gotta be a grown-up, i guess, and make myself. ;-) take care, k
