Wasn't expecting to lose any weight this week, this is a pleasant surprise.

Starting my last week of transition today.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Congratulations! I find the hardest part of any diet I have been on, is fulfulling the stabilization portion. Good for you, for following the program, to the end.
