I've been reluctant to record a weight entry until I went down in my numbers. Luckily, I did this morning. The good news is that I'm enjoying eating the salads and not missing the bread. I seem to be back to some of my former good habits when I lost the weight and kept it off previously. I hope to be able to fit in more exercise when the weather warms up a bit.
