Two days at the new weight, so I think I own it. For inspiration and motivation, I went ahead and ordered a new swimsuit for the trip at the end of February. This was one time when I was totally fine with the slow shipping, since it will give me more time to work on my weight. I know, it's silly, but whatever it takes, right? Temptations abound too, with daughter insisting on making brownies and colleagues treating me to a cookie. But the cravings have really gone down since Christmas, and I haven't had a hard time re-gifting the cookie or passing on the brownie batter. I'm just trying to remember my goal.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
