I am rarely hungry in the morning. This morning, I had nothing but coffee until brunch at 11:00. Now, after a big dinner at 7:30, I am starving. I will make myself eat an apple instead of ice cream.

I try to force myself to eat in the morning but I too find it hard. Like you, I start my day with coffee. But I also am doing a low carb diet so I tried magic bullet coffee which sounded so weird, but it gives me energy and fills me up. It took me a while to adjust to putting fats in my diet, but for once I'm actually losing weight. You can google it if youre interested in the idea. Eat the apple lol!
