Another dispppointing weight in. I was 186.8 on Wednesday, today I weight myself and I am at 189.1.
189.1 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 25.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there, if you're following the diet and exercizing, you'll be losing in no time.

Your chart says that you were at 191 on the 18th and you are down to 189 today, so that is still a loss and great. Maybe you were dehydrated on Wednesday so the scale was down more. So, although it sucks to be back up, you still lossed which is wonderful. Your overall trend on your chart is downward, which is the way you want it to be. Just keep going and you will be fine.
