Got down to my weight and held it until Dec of 2018. My 3rd boss = high stress. I now have horrible habits. 2 1/2 years of my worst habits ever. Must begin again and focus on my own lifestyle. I must find a way to prepare foods for family and foods for myself. They refuse to eat healthy.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

When my girls were living at home, I would make the same meal for everyone, but I would eat only the protein & veggies.
