Down another pound and though it appears that I have met my goal, I'm pretty sure that my scale is over 4 or 5 lbs, so I am going to change my goal to 130. Having said that, I have still lost 27 lbs since November, and for that, I am very proud of myself! Still doing the shred, though did not last Sat, Sun or Mon. As punishment for not starting up again on Monday, I will do it Sat and perhaps Sunday, too. (euw. hate the thought of that!) I'm doing level 2 most of the time, just switching to level one every few days in hopes that my knees don't end up a mess again. Still thinking I need to add cardio separate from the shred, but I have noticed more fat burning off since doing level 2.
Here goes another 5 lbs...!!!
135.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

way to go mel!!!! scale schmale you got to your goal. that's the scale you've been using the entire time so you still lost that much weight. good job.
