I used to be the type of person that I now envy. I could eat WHATEVER, WHENEVER and without exercise not gain any weight. Man... I miss those days. I am now in my early 30s and I am realizing just how hard it is to keep the weight off and I really, really, really LOOOOOVE food.

Well I am going to give this whole Weight Watchers thing a go for now (without meetings) and see how it goes.

When is exercise most effective?
I am not sure when your son is napping, however I find that around 2ish in the afternoon works for me! I find if I leave it too late in the day I have a hard time getting to sleep. And even after I eat breakfast in the morning I just don't feel like I have the energy.
