Found that I am becoming food obsessed, not eating eat just thinking about it! Like many, I have been here before! I now the first week is easier because you have the determination, so I am recording that just now I am on a high so I can look back and remind myself of the positivity in coming weeks.
I want to look good for Beth's communiun in May - this is the first mini goal for a fab looking me for 2014!
220.9 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hiya, Karen! Thanks for the buddy invite! :D WTG, you are doing GREAT! I don't know, for me the first couple of weeks are tough until I get into a sort of groove. Now I'm almost on auto-pilot. But I can tell by your weight chart, you've got that down-slope trend line that proves you're determined! YOU ARE GOING TO DO GREAT THIS YEAR! You've got the confidence you need, just *knowing* that this is your time! Stay with it, and let me know if you need anything! :D
