HealthyBabs's Journal, 05 February 2011

Oh well, the scale is up a bit today but still down overall for the month so far. Not going to sweat it, my week was pretty jacked up with hubby being sick and I didn't have much of an appetite. My sleep patterns were very sporadic as I was up and down all night for 3 days. I only managed to get in 2 days of really good workout. Tomorrow is going to be a food planning challenge. I have a baby shower in the morning for a breakfast shower. Eggs, toast and coffee will work there. Then come home and prepare for SuperBowl. Now of course my favorite team is the Patriots and unfortunately we will not be watching them on Sunday, but our 2nd favorite team is Green Bay. So...I have come up with some pretty healthy preparations of some of the old time favorites.
Oh well, life happens - planning around it is key!

I wish you shared what you are having for the SuperBowl. I don't know what to have that will make both me and hubby happy.

ceceps - I am already planning for tomorrow, go ahead and click on the items in my food log and you can see all the ingredients. You can also add it to your own journal I believe. Any questions on any of it, let me know.

Not a sports fan, but am into the "healthy alternatives of old time favorites!" Learning to live and enjoy things and not feel deprived is great! I'm looking at new recipes and different ways of enjoying old foods that have lower cal and lower sodium!

Oxdrover, don't check on my sodium for tomorrow. I will stay within my calorie goal tomorrow of 2000( it is my "high" day) but not so much on the sodium....oh yes, and my drink of choice tomorrow is tons of h2O!!!
