Had a BAD sugar day yesterday. Likr a junkie that can't kick the habit.
153.9 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.2 lb a week

I had to cut it out because I was addicted. I have replace sugar with more eggs and veg. I snack on peanuts and pears. No more sugar addiction.

I know how you feel, and it doesn't help when my wife wants me to make homemade donuts with her....I can't resist!

And the sad thing is I know EXACTLY what I m doing wrong and what I should be doing. I am addicted to sugar and when I stick to a strict low carb high fat ketogenic plan I am fine and I can resist the sugar. I just need to get myself sorted. Tomorrow is definitely another day and I will start again.
