Уже много лет я в поисках подходящего для себя и максимально полезного питания. Постепенно что-то меняю, пробую, убираю и добавляю. В первую очередь делаю акцент на здоровье.
Сейчас совсем не ем искусственный сахар и почти полностью отказалась от красного мяса.
С весом всё в порядке, а вот форма - совсем другой разговор. С 15 лет борюсь с упрямым жиром на бёдрах, и победа пока не за мной.

Looking for a Bikini-Buddy :D
I don't do weigh-ins since I don't think it's relevant to my goal. It's not weight I'm struggling with, it's fat Smile I'm almost underweight according to my body mass index, but I have a lot of fat around my hips and thighs. I guess becoming leaner for me will ultimately translate into gaining weight, since I need to build muscle.

What a positive and motivating post! We have a lot in common except the weather Smile I love sports and hate starving myself as well, and our goals are similar. It's great to already have you as a buddy!

Starting with a plateau?
Maybe the reason is I don't exercise a lot. I do an hour of yoga 6 times a week, but it's not what I'd call rigorous exercise. I've always hated strenuous workouts, I feel they put a lot of stress on my body. Anyway, I thought even without exercising I should be feeling the difference, because of the change in my diet. Maybe it just takes more time for it to take effect.

Starting with a plateau?
I switched to healthy food about a year ago. Never actually ate fast food or anything of the sort. I cook all my meals and have healthy snacks, I even gave up refined sugar completely a month ago. I don't eat a lot. Guess what? I'm gaining weight ) That stubborn fat on my thighs just won't go! Seems like this switch to a healthier lifestyle didn't make much difference. I know it's good for me, so I stick to it. But..
