I've eaten poorly the last couple of months and need to do much better in 2014. I weighed in on Jan. 1st and it was either 166 or 168... I can't remember. I'm also going to start tracking calories again this week.
This is a big year with DJ serving in Peru, Ryan getting ready to go, my summer hiking trip, possibly a trip to Florida (if not Florida, then San Diego for sure), etc. And because it's such a big year, I want/need so big goals for this year. I'll be thinking about those this week and hopefully report back next week.
