wow, haven't weighed in since September... I'll likely start tracking things the beginning of the year to get a good start to '14. I did lift today, which was good. But I have just been really busy with work and family and have not been eating well at all - especially on the weekends.
DJ hit month #9 yesterday! He seems to be doing great serving in the office. Ryan is wrestling, applying to BYU an dating Riley. Kate just freshman finished tennis and is taking lessons during the week. Megan just finished soccer and will start basketball at the beginning of the year.
I need to be better disciplined and get focused again. I've been too lax...
