As long as I stay vigilant about maintaining good eating habits (i.e., variety, staying more hydrated and not over eating/ eating to feel "stuffed" and beyond), without really exercising I can still lose weight. Neat! My "exercise" currently is just keeping up with chores and breastfeeding. Though I realized today that I am sort of doing light weight lifting because my new daughter prefers being held a lot and she is at least 12lbs now, so carrying her one armed IS strengthening my arms over time--just slower than more "formal" weight training with a machine or free weights. (Just need to remember to keep the wear even so I don't get too lopsided. :P Also, I've developed a real talent for doing a lot of activities one handed/ while holding an infant. :) )
148.9 lb Lost so far: 23.1 lb.    Still to go: 18.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
