Well, i started my period yesterday and i was worried that my weightloss was my PMS drop. I'm so glad to see the lower number today! I'm making a diligent effort to exercise daily, at least once if not more. I'm determined that in Feb all the little arrows will be green and pointing down!
163.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
