Married mom to 3's Journal, 10 April 2009

I am 1 lb down but not too proud of myself my eating habbits have been horrible, plus the kids are sick and my oldest on spring break, so although i've been on my feet most of the time I feel like if i'd been eating better i'd probably be lower in weight. I knew I had to do 15 mins of ab work and skimped on that. So kinda let myself down but after this weekend things should get back to normal. It always seems around holidays things go downhill. WE'll see what happens. Hope everyone else is doing good.*
135.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You have done so well, Stay on track. Making good choices thru the holidays gives you even more momentum. You are so close to your goal. You can do it.
