Back at it again. I cannot believe that I have allowed my weight to spiral out of control yet again. All of the hard work that I put forth 4 years ago will have to start again. Here is to a new year -- My resolution is not necessarily to lose weight, but is for a little less talk and a little more action (Thank You Elvis!). Time to get started :)

I was exactly where you are. I had lost a lot then lost my way and had to start again. You can do it!

Lost 32 lbs and the in the past year gained back 16, the real challenge is getting to a point of keeping it off, I keep that goal in the front of my mind as I go through the cycle of losing once again.
