So...I am thinking that I did not do too bad today. Made it to the gym at 4:30am and drank lots of water. I was also below my RDI.

I am struggling with the late night (after 7) eating, and it is only day 1 -- lol. I will have to keep telling myself that this will all become routine after about a month. The first two weeks will be the hardest within regards to willpower. After that things will hopefully get a little easier.
