Had also lost 30 #'s doing adkins a few years ago gained it back plus -- this time just doing a lifestyle modification. Watching calories in my normal whole food mostly but not all vegetarian way of eating, adding exercise now that doc says go for it, and eliminating those mostly empty beer calories. Doc is happy with my slow slow loss as she feels I'll be able to keep it off this time. Abt 40 lbs over the last yr and at least 16 to go. May add a few more after that--just depends.
