Life has been full of change and I have slipped back into eating whatever I want and as much as I want. It has to stop now or I well soon be back up to my highest weight. Time to stop taking the easy way out with food.
I'm hoping by switching to counting my calories, I well be able to more easily plan my foods and include foods I like.
