Dufresne's Journal, 06 April 2009

I am really 146.6 which is good but rounded up. I am not mad at myself because this week, I drank more water and walked almost a mile aday. I must be retaining water or something. My husband and I are getting ready to join the YMCA at the end of the month so we will see how far we can take it. He is stuck too on his weight loss, but we will get there.

Great attitude you have. You are at a plateau, they serve a purpose, our bodies get used to the loss and then we start losing again. I also love you rounded up not down. That's impressive. Enjoy the Y, that will be a great thing for the both of you to do together. :-)
