24 wks on the diet!
My total loss is 39.4 lbs. That is a 24wk average of 1.4 lbs/wk, but a 4wk avg of 1.95 lbs/wk (b/c Dec had an avg of just under 1 lb/wk). I am 62% thru my goal, and I've lost 19% of my body weight! At my avg rate of 1.7 lbs/wk i will be at my goal on May 6th. :-)
164.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
