I had planned to do great this weekend & really believed I would. Well, I didn't. Now I am paying the price for it. I feel rotten physically & emotionally.
126.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

Be good today. The holiday weekends are always harder so don't beat yourself up. Just remember how crappy you feel today, that is what I am up against too.

I didn't do well this weekend either but I'm not beating myself up over it. Just like you I'm also up a few pounds but I firmly believe that most of it is water weight which will quickly go away now that I am back on track. Beating yourself up just makes you feel bad and makes it easier to give up alltogether. Get back on track today and tell yourself that you are still a good person despite the setback. Good luck and I'm sure that you will do great!

Hang in there heartsake! I have been a roller coaster of eating and it has been a lot harder for me this time around! You have already seen some great results so stay stong this week and you will shed those 3 pounds right back off! Have a great week!

actually after I cheated and gained 2 pounds, I went back to phase 1 the next day and lost 3.
