Problem with working out, running and weight lifting, is that you’re soooooo hungry all the time. Gosh that’s my major downfall right now. I am always hungry

Are you snacking a lot? That can get your body used to WANTING food more often. I know it's hard, but try eating your "snack" (healthy ones, I hope) WITH your meal, so your body can have a 4 or more hours between meals to fully burn those calories, instead of storing them as fat. On a positive note, you have been maintaining, instead of gaining. I've never been able to maintain a weight. I was either gaining or losing, but never staying the same. So bravo for being able to stay stable. Now, to get you moving downward!

Ty Debbie. I do snack a lot cause I’m always so hungry from lifting. If I only run I’m ok but because I run and lift everyday the hunger is off the charts!!

Hey man. I'm finding the weight lifting eventually overcomes being hungry. What I mean is stay the course. Eventually the increased lean mass and metabolism catch up to the hunger and you can eat more and still be good. Might be wrong. But I'm at 2600 average the past 2 months and still somehow leaning out. That's aot of work you put in with weights and cardio. I'm impressed.

when I was doing an hour cardio a day, I was gaining weight due to being hungry all the time and eating more than I was burning. I've slowed on the cardio to focus on diet first and it seems to be working.

That's why cardio is said to not be the best when it comes to FAT loss. Focus on lifting more and ease on the cardio. It diminishes power output in the gym and makes you hungrier so it can have detrimental effects on body composition. Limit it to 30 min of light cardio a day or 1-2 higher intensity cardio sessions a week if you want.

If lifting makes you hungry, at least the extra food will go towards building lean mass.

Your building muscle which burns the calories. Your body wants to be stoked! Diablo has got it down pat and so does Hebrews. I'm sure you do too. Awesome.
