Wasn't hard to stick to the program at all today. Last night, and again this morning, I had a few terrible shits. I mean wow! Haven't suffered through something like that unless I was sick. I'm guessing my body is sort of freaking out and wondering where the hell I hid the bread, yogurt, rice, potatoes and chips. Hopefully, this was just an adjustment. I wouldn't want to deal with that every day.
