Good Morning!! The snow still is flying here in North Idaho, hard to believe is it April. Frank reported an even 203 lbs this morning. So far this week I'm only down .6 lbs but I'm doing my best to maintain a level head about it. I've tracked my weekly weight loss in this journey and it looks like this ...

1st Week - 6.0 lbs
2nd Week - 4.4 lbs
3rd Week - 3.0 lbs
4th Week - 4.8 lbs
5th Week - .6 lbs
6th Week - 3.6 lbs
7th Week - 4.4 lbs
8th Week - 3.0 lbs
9th Week - 2.4 lbs
10th Week - 3.2 lbs


So, if I have another low loss week ... what does it really matter? I'm reminding myself this morning that there is NO HURRY. No reason to stress. Stress works against weight loss. Life is good, I feel great, and I'll continue this journey one step at a time, for the rest of my life!! (~: Remember to breathe in and out. Relax. Live.

Of course my "other side" says ... "but I wanna weigh under 200 by my birthday ... wah!!!" ... so funny!! It doesn't matter at all what I weigh on my birthday. What matters is how I live each and every day for the rest of my life. What matters is keeping the weight off, not engaging in my self destructive patterns of binging for months and then dieting for a few months to take it back off. NO MORE DIETING ... only LIFE. Okay ... I'm better now!! (~;

I hope you all have a good day, a day where you make peace with your own inner voices!!! Mine are pretty entertaining at times and down right annoying at others!!! Take care everyone!!

I don't know when your birthday is but you should celebrate how far you have come everyday. You are doing wonderful and have truly inspired me. You have lost a lot but I know you gained so much more in your spirit. Keep up the hard work and have a wonderful day.

Keep up your daily hard work, and I know you will see the results you are looking for in due time. You already have accomplished so much and it will not stop when you are still working really hard.

This morning I was like "your other side" but have come to my senses and know that it will come off when it comes off but I also know I have to do my part. You have done so well and come so far, I am so proud of your accomplishments. April 15th you will be 51? welcome to my side of the world, well, not quiet, I have you beat by a few years. By the way, I did clean my bathroom. LOL

Yea for clean bathrooms!!! I'm glad you are feeling "better" if not physically then at least emotionally!! We all have those "down" moments ... part of being human I think!

I always love reading your journal. It always has such positive thoughts in it! You are definitely going down the right path. Remember, slow loss is more likely to stay off than fast loss. Rock on girlfriend!

Yes ... my brain knows that slow weight loss is okay!! It's not my brain I struggle with!! LOL!! But, the struggle is getting less difficult as I continue to write, re-frame my thinking, reflect, and get all this wonderful support from my friends here!!! Thanks Munestar!!!

haha those voice sound so similar to me! But you are on the right track, and doing WONDERFULLY! If you have a low loss this week, then YES! it probably means a big one the next week. I'm going to quote your comment to wecandothis: "We all have those "down" moments... part of being human I think!" Yes, indeed they are! The important thing is never to give up.
