I need to be patient, when you get a big a I have you can't see the weight loss like you could when I weighed only 130 lbs. I thought I was heavy when I was only 130 lbs.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
