My food yesterday didn’t suck and I went over my calorie intake.. and no I don’t work out and I lost weight.. 😀😀😍😍🤓🤓
155.8 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
