reasonably well is bout right. I have strayed very little but have added some healthy carbs back into my diet. wow, was i surprised when i got on the scale today. Vigilance works!!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
