morning weight and nekked , of course. it is encouraging and i am liking the way i feel between meals since i cut out the sugar. my leptin is stabilized and even tho i am still feeling "hunger" pains they are not nearly as "severe".

i watched "Sugar, the bitter truth" on youtube and was enlightened. I have since done other research and now understand the health consequences of added sugar. mind you, i still eat a large serving of fruits (and homemade granola made with raw honey) and that seems to have no bearing on my weight loss. I do believe the food industry got it wrong in the 70's when they cut out the fat in order to lower the risk of heart attack. Folks, the info is out there if you care to invest time in researching how bad this stuff is. i have never been a POP drinker so that has probably helped me in the long run to be 20 lbs overweight instead of 50.
