I have been pretty strict but was not expecting this already. I have to say that I have been really hungry, but it seems worth it when you finally weigh in.

Snack
Homemade Hummus and grape tomatoes

Dinner last night
turkey burger
grilled broccoli
Sugar-free jello

Breakfast
two quiche cups

Snack
Lowfat string cheese

Lunch
turkey slices
grilled broccoli and zucchini

Man has anyone found a good tomato drink? This is the one part of the diet I might not be able to stomach.
267.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.5 lb a week

I really like V8. It definitely piles on the sodium, but it is a good serving of vegetables.

if you like spicy things v8 spicy is very good. also trying it chilled makes it better.

If you're hungry all the time, munch on some more veggies. They certainly won't hurt the diet, and it'll make you feel better too.

Invest in a good juicer then experiment. I am sure you will find a combo that you like for your tomato drink. Personally I like tomatoes, celery and pepper.
