Well this weekend was a very bad one, dietwise I stuck mostly to what I was suppose to but I got in a huge argument with my boyfriend which was all my fault so I was just depressed the rest of the weekend and slept. Thank God he has such a big heart and not only forgave me but cleaned the whole house while I layed around. I still feel bad for treating him the way I did but I'll work on making that up to him. I was very immature and irresponsible the way I was acting.
I've made a promise to myself that it is time I change, I need to grow up and act like the woman he deserves. We all need a fresh start sometimes, this is mine.
146.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are such a sweetheart. We all act immature sometimes, I think it's great to be able to admit you were wrong and even better to be ready to fix it- so many people just say sorry and never fix it...doing it agaain and again...total sign of maturity, go you!!! Emotionally healthy and physically healthy right?? right!!!! I was great this weekend when you consider how terrible I usually am on weekends-haha!!! Get in some good exercise...no more moping around and find some fun ways to make things up to the boyfriend :)
