I am moving the wrong way. Don't know what is going on. Maybe to many calories. Sticks still show I am in ketosis, but this is weird. I will continue on and finish out the week, but if things don't start going right, I am going back to my version of Atkins Induction and do a fat fast.
184.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

drink crap tons of water ive been stuck at the same weight for weeks but its better than goin up HANG IN THERE GIRL!!!!!!

I agree with cgr... Hang in there! I know it gets frustrating, I'm getting a little frustrated with the slowdown I've been seeing too. But, you can do this! Water is definitely key, but I also notice sleep has TONS to do with it... Have you been getting your 8 hours? I know sleep has been an issue for me lately, and I definitely see a correlation.
