Small steps! The smallest effort will pay off! I know it will! So I ate a little less fast food, when I'm at work I eat wayy less simply cause i'm not hungry, I have less cravings for evening snacks because i have so many projects that i'm excited about, I walked a couple of days and my new goal is ten TEN minutes EVERY day with the wii. I still eat "junk food" but in smaller amounts and with less of a desire for them. It seems that if i pack them in my lunch, and keep them around the house, I could take it or leave it. So I buy snacks tht were always 'forbidden' before and i put the correct portion in my lunch-sometimes several different ones! I will also make a point of coming on here at least 3X per week since I've been a bit remiss with that as well . . . but i feel good, like I can do this and not have to be extremist about it like i used to be!
175.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
